The Very Timely Pro-Life Book 'God Moments III: True Love Leads To Life' Makes Its Way Toward Publication

The third book in the award winning God Moments series will head to print in two weeks as Apostolate Films works on a new short video focusing on our Savior's Crown of Thorns. 

Four book cover prototypes for God Moments III: True Love Leads To Life arrived yesterday from award-winning graphic designer Roseann Nieman, and they are all very beautiful! 

They will be printed this afternoon and after they are viewed in glorious full color, one will be chosen. 

The copy edited manuscript will arrive soon (thank you, Nancy Carabio Belanger,  John-Paul Belanger, and Erin Howarth!), and in about two weeks this very timely pro-life book will head to print.

Work also continues on three short videos in production at Apostolate Films.  The newest one emphasizes the importance of meditating on our Lord's Passion, and considers the moment when the Crown of Thorns was removed from Christ's Sacred Head.

      Imagine you had an ancestor who lived at the time of Christ, that your forebear was a neighbor of the Holy Family, and he had commissioned St. Joseph to make a table.  St. Joseph gave the job to Jesus, who created an exceptionally handcrafted, unique table of the highest quality materials. Jesus made the table with the greatest care, and poured tremendous love into His work because He valued the owner. That table was truly a masterpiece of exceptional quality. 

     Imagine that His holy Mother had brushed the table with her mantel many times when she walked into the workshop to bring a cool drink and a meal to her humble and hardworking Son. As a caring mother would, she also placed great value on the care that was poured into its creation for the sake of the owner.

     Now imagine that the very same table was passed down through the years, and at one point it was given to you. Just think about the significance of having such a priceless treasure in your home!

Joseph Karl Publishing's Writers Become Catholic Author Missionaries As Its Titles Make Their China Debut

Joseph Karl Publishing's award-winning titles were presented today at the 2012 Beijing International Book Fair.  Books written by Gene X. Kortsha, Paul A. Ray, Andre Bottesi, Nick Bottesi, Michele Bondi Bottesi, and illustrated by Kristina M.  Every single life is created by God, with unfathomable love and for great purpose.

Work continues on God Moments III:  True Love Leads To Life, a pro-life compilation of stories whose purpose is to defend human life and dignity, educate, promote forgiveness and healing, and lead to the end of legalized abortion and euthanasia around the world.

Here is a sneak peek inside the manuscript.  This poem was written by Belinda Bondi, who passed into eternal life December 14, 2011 at the age of 48.  Belinda contributed her beautiful poems to the previous two God Moments books, and wrote this poem with great love and affection for her three nieces and two nephews.      





 My Diamonds *

Recently I looked up to see
The stars shining beautifully.
In the darkness of the clear night,
The silent lamps of hope burned bright.

A sense of peace enveloped me;
I dreamed of possibilities.
A sense of time eluded me;
I thought about eternity.

Last night perhaps you saw stars too.
My diamonds, too, I thought of you.
